Silk Flower Hair Clip with Wire-Shaped Petals

Description

The petals on this clip are made by wrapping fine wire into a petal shape and filling it with silk, which gives them that soft, slightly translucent sheen. The blue version is a pair of five-petal blossoms with a dangling pearl-style bead; the cream version mixes pale blossoms with blue-green leaves and a round red bead.

They are shaped by hand in a small workshop we source from, so each clip is a little different.

Keep it dry, store it in a box so the petals are not pressed, and reshape a bent petal gently with your fingertips.
