When will my order ship?
Each piece ships within 7–14 days of your order. Delivery time depends on where you are and comes on top of that.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Every piece is made by hand, so small differences in colour, size and shape from the photos are normal.
What is Ronghua?
Ronghua (绒花) are flowers shaped by hand from silk and fine wire, a traditional Chinese craft. Ours are made to wear, as hair clips, hair sticks and brooches.
Are the crochet pieces toys?
Some of our pieces contain wire, beads or small parts, and the product page says so. Those are display pieces, not toys for young children.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel and send an item back within 14 days of receiving it. Our Refund Policy explains how.
