What we sell
Woolboo sells finished crochet pieces and Ronghua (绒花), flowers shaped by hand from silk and fine wire. Everything is a physical item that we post to you.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Before you order, please check the description, size and photos on the product page.
You need to be at least 16 to place an order, or older if the age of digital consent is higher where you live.
Payment and tax
Payments are processed by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller on your receipt and collects and pays any VAT, GST or sales tax on your purchase, so your statement may show Creem rather than Woolboo. Woolboo looks after your order, its delivery and customer support.
Making time and delivery
Finished items are made by hand, so small differences in colour, size and shape from the photos are normal. The product page shows the current making time. We send them by tracked international post or courier, and delivery time depends on where you are and comes on top of the making time. Cancellations and returns are covered in our Refund Policy. Some finished items contain wire, beads or small parts, and the product page says so. Those are display pieces, not toys for young children.
Refunds
You can cancel a finished-item order within 14 days of receiving it. Items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described are refunded and we cover the return postage. See the Refund Policy for how this works.
Our photos and text
The photos and words on woolboo.com belong to Woolboo. Please don’t use them in your own listings without written permission.
Using the site
Please don’t misuse woolboo.com. That means no trying to break in, scraping the site, or posting reviews that are fake or abusive. We may remove reviews or comments that break these rules.
Our responsibility
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have by law where you live.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes go to the courts of Shenzhen. This doesn’t take away the protection of any mandatory consumer laws in the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
