Payments and tax: Payments for Woolboo patterns are processed by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. This means Creem is the seller of record on your receipt and is responsible for collecting and remitting any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies to your purchase. Your card or wallet statement may show Creem rather than Woolboo.
The pattern itself is created and licensed by Woolboo, and Woolboo remains responsible for the content of the files and for customer support. Refunds are agreed with Woolboo and issued through Creem.
Two kinds of product: Woolboo patterns are PDF downloads and nothing is posted for them. Finished crochet items are physical goods, handmade to order and shipped to you. The product page states which one you are buying.
Finished crochet items
Finished items are handmade to order. The product page states the current making time before you buy, and your order confirmation repeats it.
You may cancel a finished-item order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us at support@woolboo.com within that period, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of the item reaching us or of your proof that you sent it.
Return postage is yours to pay unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it. Items must come back unused and in the condition they arrived. A piece made to your own specification cannot be cancelled once making has begun, but an ordinary catalogue item can.
PDF patterns
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been made available.
Please contact support@woolboo.com if you purchased the same pattern twice, received an incorrect or corrupted file, cannot access your download, or the product is materially different from its description. We will provide technical assistance, a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
