This means Creem is the seller of record on your receipt and is responsible for collecting and remitting any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies to your purchase. The pattern itself is created and licensed by Woolboo, and Woolboo remains responsible for the content of the files and for customer support. Refunds are agreed with Woolboo and issued through Creem.
Two kinds of product: Woolboo patterns are PDF downloads and nothing is posted for them. Finished crochet items are physical goods, handmade to order and shipped to you. The product page states which one you are buying.
